GSMA IT will be picking up the mantle as of 09:00 (UK time) on Monday 16th October.
To all our users, this transition should be seamless, but there is a slight possibility that any issues reported to the service desk over the weekend of 13th – 15th October, may not arrive due to the changes replicating around the internet.
If you submit an enquiry during this period, and have not received an acknowledgement of your issue, by 09:00 on Tuesday 17th October, please re-submit your ticket.
