We regret to inform you that GSMA is no longer able to provide technical help with integrating the Mobile Connect API’s into your applications.

We can still help to resolve general portal issues such as:

Account issues – username / password not working.

Platform issues – the Developer Portal is not available / a page on the Developer Portal is not displaying correctly.

API Access Request issues – "I submitted a request and the Operator says they have provisioned my application, but I didn’t get an e-mail" / "I submitted a request and received an e-mail, but when I log into the Developer Portal and click on my application, I can’t see the ID Gateway credentials."

Any more technical questions about the integration of the API's will need to be submitted to the Operator’s support team.
