When you request access to an operator’s Mobile Connect APIs, the operator will review the information that you provided on the Developer Portal. The operator may ask you to provide additional information, or agree to specific Terms and Conditions.

An operator (or the Mobile Connect support team) may contact you to:

  • Confirm that your application has been provisioned.
  • Request more information about yourself or your application/service.
  • Ask for specific changes in your application/service.
  • Reject your request.

For some operators access to the authentication service will happen immediately - you will be notified if this is the case. Once you have been notified that your application or service has been provisioned then you can make API request to that operator. You can now expose the Mobile Connect button to your users.

NOTE: It is important to provide as much information about your application and organisation in the request to ensure that your application is processed as quickly as possible.
